Over 10 years marketing, events and PR experience working within the finance industry in NZ and the sports, retail and arts industries in Asia. I have loved the challenge of conceptualising and orchestrating activations and translating experiences for different cultures, vibes and tribes. Career highlights include conceptualising and managing PR activations for high profile international sporting events such as the Singapore Sevens, Triathlon, and Marathon and launching The Lion King and Wicked theatre shows at the Singapore’s Marina Bay Sands Theatre.
I have a passion for sporting events, stemming from my rugby years playing for South Canterbury and being an active netball player (30+ years and counting!). As a sports fan, I’m acutely aware of how important it is to tailor experiences for different audiences and make sure we constantly map back to the brand experience objectives. I love the creative process involved with making objectives come alive.
Event management, activation, PR, marketing, branding, sponsorship and copywriting skills make me adaptable to any event. For me the magic ingredient to a successful event is being detail obsessed.
