Summary

Knowing the value of an internal product launch, Sanitarium approached us to organise an event to reveal their latest products to their staff.

We were tasked with creating an engaging, aesthetic space to launch three new products from their breakfast category into one on-site event.

The solution? We converted an on-site meeting area into the 'New News Cafe,' invited staff to a breakfast to sample the new products.

The magic

Create the ‘New News Cafe’ with a station set up for each product Up & Go - No Added Sugar, High Fibre Granola Canadian Maple & Raspberry and So Good Barista Milks (Oat & Almond)

The internal launch of three different products, one space, one breakfast experience. Each guest was given a gift bag containing each new product.

A signage board advertising all three products was displayed inviting everyone to enjoy each product range.

SO GOOD BARISTA MILKS – ALMOND AND OAT

A Bike Barista greeted attendees with fresh coffee made with So Good Barista Milk. Menus displayed the options of coffee available utilising the product. Branded coffee sacks were displayed at the end of the bike and at the bottom of the stairs with product overflowing.

A branded coffee sack was used a centre piece with coffee beans scattered around it. On the windows behind the table, were large A2 “Brekkie Bulletin” posters displayed. The Brand Manager circulated wearing a branded café apron.

UP&GO - NO ADDED SUGAR

As you entered the room, the Up&Go No Added Sugar Fridge was on display in the corner full of product. On each table, there was a lightbox displaying the product with red lighting and acrylic overlay.

Oversized cut-outs of the product were placed next to the fridge on a bench seat with large A2 ‘Brekkie Bulletin’ posters hung on the walls. A signage board saying “take home a pack to enjoy” was displayed next to the cutouts. The Brand Manager circulated wearing a branded café apron.

HIGH FIBRE GRANOLA – CANADIAN MAPLE & RASPBERRY

The middle tables were joined together and covered with white table cloths and a raspberry runner. The key feature was a shopper product bin, so we scattered maple leaves to highlight the product’s benefit.

Along the table were large glass jars filled with the Granola. At the end of the table were white crates creating a tower of granola parfait served in individual jars for attendees to sample and enjoy.

Behind the table were café-style tables displaying the Granola menu and product boxes. On the windows behind the table were large A2 ‘Brekkie Bulletin’ posters. The Brand Manager circulated wearing a branded café apron.
